Please note that delivery times are provided as an indication. During promotional periods, private sales, or pre-orders, delivery times may be extended. You will be informed at the time of selecting the delivery method.

Delivery France: Free.

Delivery Europe : 10€. Free for orders over €200.

DELIVERY METHODS

HOME DELIVERY

Thanks to our partner Colissimo (La Poste), we deliver to the address of your choice.

You will automatically receive an email the day before the delivery of your package. In case of absence during the first presentation and if the size of your mailbox does not allow for the package to be left, a delivery notice will be left. This notice will offer you the option to choose the day and location for redelivery. You can visit the website indicated on the notice to select a new home delivery date or specify a new La Poste pickup point where you want to collect your package.

Without instructions from you, a second presentation will be made the next day. In case of absence during this second presentation, your package will be deposited at your usual post office for 15 days. You will then receive an SMS or email containing the necessary information. We recommend having your package delivered to your workplace, where there will always be someone to receive it.

DELIVERY TO A RELAY POINT

You can also choose to be delivered to a relay point. As soon as your package is available at your relay point, you will be notified by email or SMS and will then have one week (7 days) to collect your package.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Regardless of your delivery method, and if you have created an account on our website https://www.nisseparis.com, you will have the option to track the status of your order from your personal space.

You will know at all times:

  • The progress of the preparation of your order
  • The shipping date (you will be notified by email)
  • The routing of your package to the address you have chosen, thanks to a tracking number that will be provided.

RETURN AND REFUND

You have 15 days after receiving your order to send us items that do not meet your expectations.

! Only items with tags, unwashed, and unworn can be returned to us !

EXCHANGE:

Is the item too small or too large? We offer you the option to exchange your product for free for delivery in France. Make sure to check the size to order by using our size guide.

Europe :

Order over 200€ -> Free 

Order under 200€ -> The expenses of return are the responsibility of the customer.

 

To make your exchange request, write to us at contact@nisseparis.com, indicating your order number. We will assist you in exchanging your product.

REFUND:

If you do not wish to exchange your product, you have the option to request a refund. A flat return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded:

France : €2,99 

Europe : €10
